Muhammad Haroon
Biography
Muhammad Haroon is a Microbiologist with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Microbiology from the Institute of Microbiology, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan. He has practical experience in clinical laboratory settings, including microbiology, hematology, clinical chemistry, parasitology, and phlebotomy. He has also completed laboratory training and internship experience at the National Reference Laboratory, Islamabad, with exposure to tuberculosis laboratory diagnostics and related testing.
His professional interests include clinical microbiology, antimicrobial resistance, tuberculosis, infectious diseases, molecular diagnostics, and public health microbiology. He is particularly interested in research focused on multidrug-resistant bacterial infections and antibiotic resistance patterns. He has participated in scientific workshops, webinars, and professional development programs and is a member of the American Society for Microbiology.
He is currently focused on advancing his research skills, contributing to microbiological research, and pursuing opportunities for postgraduate study and international scientific collaboration.
